Note - Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order / All shipments are by mail, are registered and with tracking number, shipments registered in most countries require a signature for receipt / Normal delivery without tracking number has lower values, but for security reasons, we did not send it that way.
Orders are sent to your address, please confirm before if your info are correct. Your item/s in the category: in stock will be shipped in 1-6 business days, from the moment that we receive your payment. The other pieces, the creation time can take between 1-4 weeks depending on the number of the orders at moment. We always do our best to be fast.

TIME OF ARRIVAL
• For all of Europe: 1-10 working days.
• Rest of the world: 1-25 working days.
Depending on the country, arrival processes and deadlines may differ. That's why we can't guarantee 100% deadlines, everything is an estimate. That's why we always advise you to place your orders in advance. Be aware that some countries may hold packages at customs.
Unfortunately, we can't be held responsible for: extra customs fees in each country, delays in transport companies, theft, loss or damaged pieces by the shipping company. All clients must open their orders in the presence of an employee, and if find a problem, make a complaint on delivery. For orders with various pieces with quantity greater than 2kg, please contact us to do simulation sending value.
We always advise you to follow the process of your order with the tracking number so you know when it's about to arrive, most transport companies don't contact you even with the contact details on the package when you're not at home, some may also leave a paper notice in your mailbox or door.

• When opening the package, we advise you to cut the package carefully, so as not to cut & damage the fabric of the clothes
• Because we will use semi-precious stones and quality materials, all clothes are carefully packed and protected for your long journey
• ISART advises reuse of packaging or recycling, for a better planet
• When delivery arrives, if your package is open, damaged or altered, immediately file a claim with the post office
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
. All ISART pieces are final sales: we do not accept cancellations, we do not refund

- Normally, we don't have pieces in stock, we work on request (pre-orders) and create everything customized to your size
- Our pieces are unique and limited editions - custom orders 100% handmade without a machine to your size and taste, which takes a lot of time and love, and many are created especially for each person, so before you buy check all the details on the models, and if you have any questions contact us first, so we can help you and answer your questions
The ISART pieces are all created, reviewed, confirmed and packed with attention & carefully by 4 eyes and 4 hands. If there is a technical defect should contact the brand, in the next 10 days, for an alternative. If your piece get broken, torn, cut, broken or otherwise, those responsible are the transport company/post office, where you have to make a complaint on delivery in the first days.
Your items will not be exchanged if:
• They are dirty;
• Washed (by hand or machine), ironed, used, damaged or altered;
• They show strong odors (Tobacco smoke , fried...)
• The leather have small flaws (with nails, cut with scissors, dirt, creams... );
• They are custom pieces made to order, to your style and size;
• Spend 10 business days for the exchange;
• Damaged/stolen by the shipping company.
Attention, if you have to change a part for any reason, to give back another piece in place of that you change, the brand needs between 1-4 weeks to complete the entire process to the shipment, depending on volume of orders at the moment. If you wish to replace the piece that is in stock ready for delivery, the process is more rapid between 1-4 business days. After receiving, checking your order and the conditions that presents, we will send you your exchange request.
As we inform you in the product details, and in our policies, refunds are not available, but if for reasons of force majeure, ISART DESIGN and the customer understand and agree that we should refund the money, we remove 10% of the value of the piece/s to update, maintenance and other processes of the brand, and the shipping costs are not included in the refund. The pieces are ISART item/s finals, created with love!
CUSTOM ORDERS
What makes special ISART, is its flexibility when creating pieces completely in the style of each person! Within our models, you can adapt them to you, changing colors available in stock, other details, or even apply for a unique and original item designed for you! Due to the number of orders, in some seasons we do not create custom orders.
Simple rules for custom orders:
-- We do not accept exchanges, cancellations, returns, refunds.
- The pieces made to order can not be changed, because they are created to the taste, style and size of the client, so think and decide well.
- We can send you photos of the material and you can choose your dream piece directly with us
- You will have to provide us with your correct measurements | All about it at: Size Guide
- The creation time after payment, varies between 1-4 weeks, depending on the time and volume of orders at the moment. Each piece is created with manual techniques, so we need our time to create with love and care.
- We only create our models with some changes or new ones designed especially for you, we do not reproduce or make copies of other pieces.
- For custom orders we only accept payments by bank transfer, or you may be charged a fee in the online store.
RUSH FEES
You should always let us know by email if you need your orders for a specific date or event. In some busy seasons, some orders of maximum urgency may require an urgency fee for creating and placing your order ahead of all the others. To find out about this, contact us first.
